Here are some information the terms who are interested/dealing the tour with Flores Excursion Tour

• Reservation & Booking Procedure.

If you are interested and agree dealing the tour with us,please let us know, so we can arrange official confirmation of your tour reservation, and after that we do an advance payment

• Payment System:

30 % should be paid as soon as we deal and received your reservation.
100 % should be paid in one day prior to date of your departure or the rest payment when you arrived.

Payments can be paid by the IDR, USD, EURO, regarding to the latest rate of our bank.

• Cancellation Fee

1 month before departure date 25% from total tour price.
20 – 15 days before departure date 50 % from total tour price.
10 days before departure date 75 % from total tour price.
Within 5 days before departure date “NO REFUND”

• Accommodations

Flores Excursion tour in generall arrange or organize tour which is really touchable to the nature, culture and Adventure Tour. So, most of the hotels and boat trip that you will stay overnight during this tour are small & simple but clean and pretty nice pure natural atmosphere.

Flores excursion could be able arrange Few star hotels on flores island, depending on customer request .we’ll organize your tour plan best for you

• Travel Insurance

We are not responsible on your travel insurance, so we would love recommend that insurance has been covered by the insurance company on your country.so please make sure before plann your travel/ tour

• Limitation of Responsibility

we will try to do the best for organizing your tour on Flores, and we only act in the capacity as a Tour guide and Organizer for the tours, transportation and hotels as well. we do not responsible for any important personal belongings missing, damage, delay & irregularities of flight schedule, minor or major accident including death, any natural disaster or worst weather that make you trip is uncomfortable and so on, which are really beyond of my control.

• Bank & Money Changer

Banks and Money Changers are acceptable to change the foreign currency but it is very poor rate of exchange, and Money Changer is very limited range., So, it is better to bring some enough cash with you, and every town on Flores has some banks with ATM service., It is possible to withdraw some cash by using ATM card. Most of the hotels and restaurants are possible to be paid only in cash and do not accept payment by using credit card.

• Something to Bring

Some enough cash, proper walking shoes, trousers, sweaters or jackets, long sleeves, sun glasses, sun hat, mosquito repellent, sun lotion, towel, snorkeling gear, swiming suit, etc.
